About me

I finished my studies at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and graduated as a bachelor of business administration in information technology. My chosen study path was “it-innovator”.
In my opinion the innovator path was mostly comparable to the programmers’ with the main difference in the fact that instead of getting an assignment, we got to design our own projects. If the project proposal was green lit by our teacher(s) we got to plan out the project and it’s execution. Depending on the length of the course we either created a fully finished product or at the least a working prototype.
I have mainly studied Java-programming, managing a Debian based web-server and creating and managing a MySQL-database. In addition of programming with Java I have learned some scripting languages like JavaScript (and angular.js) and Python. Currently my interests reside in Docker and Ansible.

This blog started as a way of returning my homework and keeping my projects online in one place where it can be easily re-read and presented to others. The code and examples on this blog can be freely used and distributed under GNU General Public License 3. http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html
